Initial Meeting
When you contact SBMG an initial meeting is scheduled. At this meeting we review your product or program and any additional supportive information. Through this discussion we identify your market, product benefits, and explore messaging and your ideas. There are no costs associated with the initial meeting.
Marketing Plan Outline
After the initial meeting, SBMG develops a Marketing Plan Outline and budget. The MPO details our marketing strategies. The budget lists all costs associated with the plan. At our next meeting we review the MPO and budget. Working with the client, we adjust the plan and budget as necessary to meet client needs.

Upon approval of the marketing plan, SBMG develops a Scope of Services (SOS). The SOS details the marketing services (deliverables) to be completed, the budget, and timelines for completion.
